All information including photos submitted through our Internet forms and to us by email is stored for an indefinite period of time.

How long we retain your data

Client data is retained indefinitely.

Info-Request forms, Emails, Comments, Reviews and Testimonials

If you send us by email or by form submission a comment, review or testimonial the comment(s) they are considered to be ok for publication on our website(s), and its metadata are retained indefinitely. For visitors/users that email us, register or submit forms on our website, we store the personal information provided. Website administrators are the only ones who can also see and edit that information.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

What rights you have over your data

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you from form submissions or email or text. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

The only personal information we collect is name, email address, phone number and any photos submitted.

How we protect your data

We use SSL security on all websites
We strictly limit the collection and processing of your personal data and who has access to it, and to the best of our abilities we will work only with other organizations who do the same. We will not use personal data that you provide to us in a manner inconsistent with the purposes for which you provided it to us.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

In the case of any discovery or notification of a data breach either in our website or websites of third parties that have our client’s information we will immediately work to insure the breach is fixed and notify immediately upon discovering the extent of the breach to any clients that may have been affected.

Our use of the photos you send us or give us permission to take

John Copeland and Christine Copeland, Foto Look International, AKA: LasVegasStudios, retain the rights to use the photos they make showing makeup and hair that client sends to us or photos showing makeup and hair that client allowed us to take at the time of service that John and or Christine select and determine as appropriate for portfolio samples, social media sites and marketing use for their businesses (no 3rd party use is allowed). Photo credits if provided will be added to the photo.– Clients who would like to have photos removed can contact us through the website and they will be removed ASAP.
